Alaina works the way a call sheet works: arrival sixty to ninety minutes before first look, a running order for the party, and touch-ups built into the timeline rather than squeezed around it. The finish is long-wear and photo-tested, made to hold from the first look through the last dance and to read correctly on camera, not only in the mirror.
The service covers brides, mothers of the bride and groom, bridesmaids and family. Larger parties are staffed through a vetted artist network, so the head count does not decide whether the morning runs on time.
Every bridal booking includes a trial run roughly four to eight weeks before the wedding date. That is far enough ahead to change direction and close enough that nothing is forgotten. Bring the neckline of the dress, the veil or hair accessories, and any images you have been saving - the trial is where the look stops being a reference and becomes yours.
Orlando and Central Florida venues are home ground, including Dr. Phillips House and Calvet Couture. The kit travels: statewide Florida weddings and destination weddings worldwide are both regular work, with travel costs billed above the artistry day rate. Getting-ready suites, private homes and hotel rooms are all normal working conditions.
Wedding dates are usually booked three to twelve months ahead, with the trial scheduled four to eight weeks before the day. Send your date, venue and bridal party size and Alaina will respond within forty-eight hours on weekdays with availability. The date is held once it is agreed in writing.
